For burial, Alderwell coordinates with the cemetery selected by the family. We can help confirm plot information, required authorizations, service timing, transportation, and the cemetery’s rules before choices are finalized.
Families receive straightforward information about caskets, vaults or outer burial containers when required, the hearse and other transportation, graveside ceremonies, and the sequence of events at the cemetery.
Headstones, grave markers, and memorial monuments are arranged with the cemetery or an appropriate memorial provider. Alderwell does not imply ownership of a cemetery and will explain which decisions belong to the cemetery itself.
